Hillfarm and Naturally Nichols products are all made on our national landcare award winning farm 'Redbanks' at Sisters Creek, North West Tasmania.
Our products are completely natural, free from added artificial flavours, colours and preservatives. The majority of them have won awards and medals including the prestigious Richard Langdon best in show award at the Hobart Royal Fine food show.
We have had commendations in the culinary press and praise from such authorities as Maggie Beer, Stephanie Alexander and Tetsuya Wakuda.
We are proud members of Brand Tasmania and are dedicated to promoting our Island state. We use as much Tasmanian home grown farm produce as possible. All our mustard seeds used in our products are grown harvested and cleaned at our Redbanks farm.
Our products are HACCP accredited, consistent and of the highest quality. Our quality assurance is extremely important to us. Our produce is available throughout Australia and is also exported to Japan.
There are several points of difference which make our products stands out in the market place. Our products are unique. We make up all our own recipes and we use only the best quality natural ingredients. We make things the way our mothers used to. It’s very satisfying to see the look on people’s faces when they try our products. Our customers are paramount to our business. I see a customer not as a one off sale but as someone who will come back for more and try other products when they realise the top quality of Hillfarm products.
